In my last post I asked about the “missing time” episode in which the part about UFOs disappeared from my “State of the World address.” I wanted to figure out whether that was because of a glitch in the streaming software, or if it had been edited out later. I thought asking the people who had been watching it on YouTube would resolve the matter.
I have been reading/and listening to you for a long while but I just recently upgraded to paid. This commitment on my part has had a subtle impact on the way I experience your shares. I feel more in my integrity, I guess. It just feels better, more open, connected. A move toward how I want to be in the world. I appreciate how you chose to share all your content with payers and non-payers alike, in the spirit of the gift. It has enabled me to join you there. Thank you!
The internet--and YouTube--is perhaps more complicated in its structure and operation than most of us reading (or writing) here imagine it to be. It's quite possible that the live-streaming of the video followed differing pathways through the labyrinth (maze?) of distribution processes, such that some people experienced a disruption in the broadcast which others did not. That is, the glitch may have been "local" to one portion of the larger distribution system.
I'll also add that some people may have very imperfect memories of the event ... may have been distracted when the 55 seconds elapsed in black silence, or whatever it was. They may not have recalled the whole of the video because someone brought them a cheese sandwich and engaged them in a brief conversation. Or the doorbell rang, or the phone.
I tend to go with the most likely or plausible of explanations, first, knowing that very often I'll never know what actually happened or why.
But I've experienced things which were not possible on accordance with the mainstream worldview, mainstream science, etc. So I know that very weird things do indeed happen, and things which I have no idea how to explain!
Well said! We create our own realities. It's time we take full responsibility for that fact and stop giving away our power to those who would use it to serve themselves at our expense.
This speaks to me. This is what is arising in me, as well:

My intention is to help establish an island of coherency, a seed crystal of a new story-of-the-world and story-of-the-people. I won’t, or can’t, say what that story is. i think that you are on the right track now. the reality we live in now is unsustainable. more people need to question everything and then intend and expect a better new normal.
@Charles, Your series of rants (inquiries? speculations?) brings to mind what Joseph Heller famously wrote in Catch-22: “Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they aren't after you.” Best of luck sorting all this out in your head. We are hanging on every word.
Yes, I am with You, “All I know is the Cohesive force is Love” it is from the inner/outer as One that I consciously choose Love. Gratitude 🙏 for Knowing You and this Community, Charles.

Yours are heavy-weight ponderings indeed. Not to give those totalitarian forces more power than they have. But how? As a coherent agent you suggest "love". I may add spirituality, suggesting a realm, a dimension beyond the dealings and wheelings of our fellow humans. That shared would offer a bond, a common ground, that can not be manipulated by those powers, which are constricted to the money-yield-war-control-deep-state dimension. The strange thing is, that the love-spirituality dimension does not seem to be mainstream, although, I feel, everybody has a longing for that. Anyway, once you have reached that, you never want to go back. And there are many, at least on their way. So, no complaints. And no need to offer "them" more power than they have.
It is probably not a collective mind but a single mind, playing hide and seek with itself. But we are not (only) the mind. We can choose whether to heed its suggestions or dismiss them altogether.
Thank you, Charles. Especially as AI will increasingly confuse what "reality" is, we will need to choose moment by moment, with eyes wide open to all possibilities, what point of view we want to stand in, what story we want to be building.

I was watching you on Zoom and there was no freezing, no missing content. We already know that Youtube is notorious for censorship and has led the way in removing content, so I would think they are likely the guilty parties. If a person was watching live in real time on Youtube, that part might not have been censored yet. For people who joined after you began, the ridiculous censors may have already pushed the delete button.
I love this idea of holding both realities at the same time. There is very likely a rational explanation for the glitch - YouTube exists not as a single server, but is distributed through many nodes all over the world, so it could well be that some parts of the network went down briefly, and therefore some people were affected by the glitch but others were not (it also seems that the glitch happened on Youtube but not on Zoom). However the TIMING of the glitch is quite fascinating! Back when I first started researching the UFO/abduction phenomenon, I heard quite a few similar stories - technical glitches or strange sounds on the other end of the telephone line which would happen just when the topic of conversation would switch to certain taboo topics. And like you, the researchers were usually not quite able to find an entirely rational explanation. The hosts of one of the podcasts I was listening to at the time (Mysterious Universe) were fond of repeating the quote "when you stare into the abyss, the abyss stares back!" It seems that when you start to engage with The Phenomenon, you begin to get those mysterious signals that It has noticed you too.
Do we really not give energy to phenomena by believing that it does not exist? What about seeing these varied possibilities and/or seeing their subtle play into form through collective belief, and also simply resting in open awareness and: not knowing.
When there is no real proof of cause for a phenomenon, the need to believe one way or another about it can be a need to placate our insecurity with the unknown. It can also be a need to substantiate identity. I have observed in many that even a painful belief seems preferred over not knowing.
I find that there is still the substantiation of the existence and power of something by the belief of not believing in it. I don't know if there are real time totalitarian powers messing with your video, or if there are not. I don't know if it was a grace of synchronous glitch, - or an algorithmic censor, archetypal trickster, or internet browsers losing their signals. These are all things possible -but we do not really know. We do know that some of your viewers saw the section of the video and others didn't.
We do know that this inspired some playful wondering and storytelling.
Perhaps we can co-create "an island of coherency, a seed crystal of a new story-of-the-world and story-of-the-people" by starting in the kind of stillness born from the unknown that allows for presence, attunement, connection and the unimpeded "cohering force called love."
