Well, as a german native speaker, I'm still happy that Charles' books were available only in english then. No other english sources have helped improving my english skills so much, because I was literally forced by my mind to read the original text :-)

That's a political issue, and germans only blame the government for it (german government as well!). No one is angry against you people.
