Dear Charles, We met in Bali and then again in Devon many years ago. I was wondering if you have any written subject matter on "thoughts around communities" as we are considering a unique property project in France, and I am having a struggle with the concept of the much used "create a community" - as I principally don't believe community behaves like a clay pot, or a woven basket, in that is cannot simply be the subject of a creative force. Economics - I heard that the Egyptians had a monetary system that ensured a velocity of money. All money had a date on it and the value of that money went down every year. This effectively made it inadvisable to hoard money, and also made it difficult to become super wealthy without contributing. I hope you comment on this notion in your upcoming essay
I can really relate in the sense of another ego death as I have loosened by previous strong beliefs. It's a very dismantling and uncomfortable process, as always, but this time feels different as it's on a much larger, social scale. It makes me question where I really belong and its neither extreme "left" or "right" but more simply a longing and devotion to a "More beautiful world". Thank you for your writing 💕
I read Charles’s commentaries and essays as I travel around Oslo in Norway . I notice here how just outside of the city the space opens up to a dramatic and beautiful landscape . Your question “ who am I “
Travels around my head like a pinball thoughts both quiet and immediate . Occasionally I’m back down the Rabbit hole that houses the “ balls “. I got vaccinated and thus in this metaphor I ask myself do I have any “ balls “ left should I not have given in because my son is disabled and I’m both carer to him and Osteopath to a whole community of sufferers like him . What next did I have the “ balls “ to do what I thought was right for me or did I lose my “ balls “ by conceding . There’s a “pull “ In my mind and I’m back again around the “ track “ of thoughts . However I notice how the space around Oslo opens my thoughts and somehow it absorbs each thought and there is more clarity . For me the open spaces the sea will bring the answers of “ who am I “ as these cradles of Mother Nature can hold more than we “ carry “
. Who am I gets clearer everyday in these vast landscapes and deep oceans . I would say this is where you can go to empty the mind and clearly rejoin humanity a place of difference not necessarily division . A place of uncertainty but still action . No mandates , use the power of the vote do everything through the three filters / gatekeepers -
I really appreciate your intellect - opening doorways in how to think more expansively and gaining perspective by doing so. The value of knowledge gained through experience felt through the gut and the heart - yes we have been conditioned to disregard that as of prime truth. But ultimately what I love most about listening to you, is your obvious commitment to self enquiry and self understanding - it reveals itself in your strong presence and way you communicate. The threat to identity may be wrapped up in the Great Reset - mainly because the people behind something which has some great ideologies , ie equality etc is being run by the very people who caused the problems - big companies like Black Rock some of the most questionable world leaders to include Putin and Biden . They threaten to replace our humanity by basically making us “ feel comfortable “
Eg you will own nothing and be happy , for that homogenisation they will pay us back by promising not to ruin the earth fight each other or let technological advancement overcome us . Whilst all along keeping their elite status that allows a new exploitation of a subdued public . The threat I believe was never really vaccines or covid , just an opportunity at a time of world threat to practice control and lockdowns . From my own research I think the vaccine is good medicine but the caveats require more publicity - of course they want to keep us happy and that includes non vax public. Who am I ? I think is really under threat by creating tribalism and “ comfort “ . Charles I would love you to do an essay on the Great Reset from all the points of view they state in their “ manifesto “ for our future

Perhaps if more of us took the time to consider that truth, we'd be less distracted collectively, and more focused on actual solutions (and actual issues/problems).
